Yumankind ("we", "us", "our") operates the Overblast application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

- Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Social media credentials: OAuth tokens for the social media platforms you connect. These tokens are encrypted at rest and used solely to perform actions you authorize.
- Content data: posts, messages, tasks, and media you create, schedule, or manage through Overblast.
- Voice recordings: audio clips you record as voice messages inside a conversation.
- Photos and files: images or documents you explicitly attach to a message, post, or task.
- Approximate or precise location: only when you use location-aware features (map view, "near me" task suggestions, or sharing a task's live location) and only while the app is in use.
- Usage data: information about how you interact with our service, including device information, IP address, and browser type.
- Diagnostics and crash reports: anonymous performance data and error traces collected via Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics to improve stability.
- Payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play). We never store your full card details.
2a. Mobile App Permissions
The Overblast mobile app requests the following device permissions. Each is requested only when the feature is used, and you can revoke any of them at any time in your device settings:
- Microphone — to record voice messages inside conversations. Recordings are sent only when you tap "send" and are stored on our servers as part of that message thread.
- Location (while in use) — to show nearby tasks on the map, suggest task locations, and optionally share a task's live location with a collaborator. Background location is not collected.
- Camera — to capture photos you attach to messages, posts, or tasks.
- Photos / Media library — to let you pick existing images or files to attach.
- Notifications — to deliver push notifications for new messages, comments, tasks, and task reminders.
- Google Play Billing / App Store In-App Purchase — to process subscription payments and credit top-ups for your workspace.
We do not collect an advertising identifier and do not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Overblast service.
- Connect to and interact with your social media accounts on your behalf.
- Schedule and publish content as directed by you.
- Send you service-related communications.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Social media tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Third-Party Services
Overblast connects to third-party social media platforms on your behalf. Each platform has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review those policies. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our service.
6. Data Sharing & Subprocessors
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With social media platforms to perform actions you have authorized.
- With service providers who assist us in operating Overblast (see list below).
- If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Yumankind, our users, or the public.

- Google Cloud (authentication, Firestore storage, Cloud Messaging push, Analytics, Crashlytics).
- Cloudflare (edge compute, object storage, and AI gateway routing).
- Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google Vertex AI (LLM inference for the auto-reply agent, only when you explicitly enable AI features).
- Zernio (social media platform connector).
- Stripe (web payment processing).
- Apple App Store & Google Play (mobile in-app purchases).
- Google Maps / Google Places (geocoding and map tiles, server-side).
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
