By accessing or using Overblast ("the Service"), operated by Yumankind ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Overblast is a social media management platform that allows you to:

Connect and manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard.
Schedule, draft, and publish content across platforms.
Manage a unified inbox of messages, comments, and reviews.
Review and approve content created by team members or AI agents.
Access the Overblast API for custom integrations and automation.

3. Account Registration

To use Overblast, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
Post or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or manage through Overblast. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Social Media Platform Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Overblast complies with the terms of service and policies of each social media platform you connect. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.

7. API Usage

Access to the Overblast API is subject to rate limits and usage policies. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API access if usage violates these terms or threatens the stability of the Service.

8. Payment and Billing

Certain features of Overblast may require a paid subscription. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and third-party platform outages are beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumankind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
